Billu was rescued alone, in the rain. He was really skinny and full of fleas at first. With the right amount of care and love, Billu has transformed into a handsome, charming boy. He's shy at first but sure to steal your hearts. He's great with other cats as well. The foster can't afford to give him the right attention he needs due to long working hours.
